Overall Evaluation of the Business

            In a nutshell, we found that for the family gathering Pasta Express (Western Cuisine) and Buffalo Steak house is recommended. The reason is both restaurant has unlimited space and secure environment. On the other hand, if you want to go for a date, Buffalo Steak and CRAEZ is the perfect location because of its soothing and tranquil environment. Those who want to chill out with their buddies at midnights, Gaucho Café is the best choice. It is because alcohol is provided and it is mainly for non muslim.

         Subsequently, Buffalo Steak and Pasta Express is suitable for low and middle income families. It is because Buffalo Steak set dish is only at RM16.90 and Pasta Express maximum food prices is Rm20. In contrary, people who earned high income can dine in CRAEZ and Gaucho Café.

           Furthermore, Pasta Express and Buffalo Steak House have special dishes during festive seasons and also can book for birthday parties. Pasta Express and Buffalo Steak House is more spacious compare to the other two restaurants.

            Buffalo Steak House was built on the founding member's vision which included a kitchen producing original and wonderful western foods gives our patrons a unique dinning experience. The restaurant is owned and managed by Jose Wan who started it back in 2004 with her brothers. 

            Buffalo offers guests a fun and casual dining experience. The locally owned neighborhood favorite boasts a menu full of mouth-watering appetizers, western and local favorites, and delectable desserts. 

            Jose Wan a self-confessed foodies, has a reputation for creativity and culinary excellence combined with great warmth and geniality. The restaurant has attracted a loyal clientele drawn to the superb food, charm and hospitality of its owners. In addition, Buffalo offers catering services, providing a friendly, flexible and imaginative service at affordable prices.

Evaluation of the business

            Compare to all the other 3 restaurants that we visit, we found this restaurant is more affordable. It provides reasonable set menu which cost only RM16.90 with tea/ice lemon tea & dessert with any 6 main dish per person. Subsequently, they have very friendly and genuine staff who greeted us with a “bright evening wish” as soon as we entered. Furthermore, they have WIFI facilities and a nice decoration which signifies their buffalo team concept.

Evaluation of the business :

          This was our first western restaurant that we visited. It is obviously convenient since it is just 5 minutes walk from Unitar International University. Besides that, compare to other 3 restaurants, this is the only restaurant that provides culinary training. Additionally, the prices are affordable and reasonable since their main target is middle class family and this is the only restaurant that we visited that provides kid’s seating corner. The taste of the foods is awesome as how it looks. Furthermore, the environment of the restaurant is spruce and clean since it is wide and not messed up with a lot of things.  In addition, the decoration and background of the shop is very nice, the music that they playing are very mind calming and very suitable to hear when dine-in.

Evaluation of the business

          The decoration of this restaurant is outstanding and mindblowing since the owner of this restaurant is a interior designer who have experience’s in designing many other cafe's and restaurants. The most heartwarming part is the the owner offered as 2 free drinks and 1 dessert free for us.

          

            Furthermore, this restaurant gives 10% discount for Unitar University student’s which in other restaurant is unavailable. Subsequently, they have seating in balcony as well. Those who wish to have their lunch or dinner with a soothing fresh air can book their seating in the balcony.
