Evaluation of the business
This café is situated near Unitar University, just a 10 minutes walk. We found that this café designs symbolizes Cowboy concept. There are a lots of pictures and equipment provided based on the theme and placed as decoration corner in the shop. We found that this restaurant does not attract much customers compare to the other 3 restaurant.
Although the prices of foods are affordable but the staffs are insufficient and not genuine to serve us. Besides that, the environment is dusty and dirty. The floor, tables and chairs are very old, not in good condition and dirty. This is because it was oily and it have stain on it. Those who is very hygienic, this is not the right place to visit. The major attraction of this shop is the alcohol. Those who consume alcohol can come here for a drink in the evening.
Besides, the tastes of the food is not very good because the pasta that
we had ordered are very oily and very salty. In addition, the appearance
and the decoration of the foods also not very attractive and it was too plain.
